On this Bell Let's Talk Day, we've a curated a range of Talks that we hope will inspire more dialogue around mental health awareness.
Each year, Bell Let’s Talk Day sparks a groundswell of conversation and action aimed at ending the stigma surrounding mental illness, while raising funds to improve access to care and support world-class research.
As we reflect on the importance of interacting with a diverse range of perspectives, on our long journey towards ending the stigma, we thought it would be helpful to share with you seven of our most relevant Talks on the topic. We believe that each Talk, different as they are from one another, can serve as wonderful jumping-off points for healthy, insightful dialogue. They might even inspire a transformative idea in you, too.
