A Special Edition of our Curated Talks

To our TEDxToronto Community,

We are all adjusting to a changing world and it can be difficult to stand by when uncertainty continues. As we contemplate the future, the urge to figure it all out may feel scary, confusing, and distracting.

If you’re feeling as overwhelmed as we are, we encourage you to pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and remind yourself of the steps you may have already taken to adapt. Maybe this means finding new ways to connect and support loved ones. It could also mean making time in your day for reflection and self-care.

In a special edition of our curated talks, this week we’re showcasing a series of conversations from TED Connects – a new program that offers perspectives from experts whose ideas can help us reflect and navigate through these tough times.

These daily, live conversations have been a source of comfort for us over the last few weeks. We hope you find some wisdom and insight in them as well.
