Ideas that Build Resilience

For many of us, the future has never felt so uncertain. Yet as we enter uncharted territory, there’s still room for ideas to encourage and enlighten us.

Curated talks from our team

It’s been another difficult week, as we all adjust to new ways of connecting, working, and managing our lives. For many of us, the future has never felt so uncertain. Yet as we enter uncharted territory, there’s still room for ideas to encourage and enlighten us.

Starting with last week’s playlist, TEDxToronto will continue to share ‘ideas worth spreading’. We hope to connect you with four themes that we believe are essential for our personal and collective growth during this challenging time.

  • Humanity and our shared connection – reminding us of our ties to each other
  • Overcoming adversity – connecting us to our sources of willpower
  • Wonder and lightness – letting us marvel at the world, or just laugh
  • Personal growth – challenging us to reflect on our potential

Our mission with this series of talks is to offer a welcome break from the daily news cycle, and add some inspiration to your day. Scroll below for the next four.
