As the world locked down in March, we realized it could be a very long time until a thousand people felt comfortable enough to pack a venue and experience TEDxToronto. So just like your favourite book needs to be adapted into a film, we’ve been working on adapting our experience for the digital space.

Outside of today’s particular circumstances, we are often limited by societal, cultural or even self-imposed pressures.

We are all re-learning what self-care means for us as individuals, families, friends, and communities.
